Garden Office Building
Design
The process starts with an initial meeting where your needs and aspirations are understood. Designs are then passed back and forth until we agree: design, cost and approximate start date. A 10% deposit secures the build and the start of the build. Long lead time items e.g. doors/ windows are ordered asap.
Construction
The majority of the materials will be delivered at the start of the job. The building will be constructed- normally using 15 - 20 threaded, galvanised, steel rods concreted into the ground, a robust timber frame is built with 70 - 120mm insulation, full electrical hook up to your consumer unit and a Cat 6 WiFi. There is time to make some changes to the build.
Finishing Touches
Every day you will see rapid progress, and as we get towards the point of you seeing yourself in the build you will think more about flooring, heating, lighting and finishing features. Where does the desk/peloton/sofa etc go? Do you want smart lights you can turn on when on holiday? or app controlled heating a living roof; or just keep it simple. The choice is yours. We aim to build your dream between 4 - 6 weeks.
